Brucher Thieltgen & Partners Announces the Appointment of Anne-Marie Ka as Partner

Following the appointment of four Counsels last year, Brucher Thieltgen & Partners continues its development with an ongoing commitment to recognising and promoting talent from within the firm. Nicolas Thieltgen, Marie Bena and Nicolas Bernardy have appointed their long-standing colleague Anne-Marie Ka as Partner.

Anne-Marie was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2009, the same year she joined the firm. Today, she is a key member of the Banking & Finance practice, advising clients on transactional, regulatory and litigation matters. Highly active in this field, she is a member of the Legal Affairs Committee of the Luxembourg Bankers’ Association (ABBL) and, for many years, authored the Annual Review of Luxembourg Banking Law Case Law, presented by the Luxembourg Association of Banking Lawyers (ALJB).

Anne-Marie Ka is particularly recognised within Luxembourg’s financial centre for her knowledge and expertise in regulatory matters. In recognition of her achievements, she was named one of the ten young lawyers to watch in 2020 by Paperjam, Luxembourg’s leading business and financial magazine.

“This milestone represents an important vote of confidence, and I look forward to playing an even greater role in the firm’s development, particularly within the Banking & Finance practice in which I work.”

says Anne-Marie Ka.

Nicolas Thieltgen, Managing Partner, comments:

“We are delighted to welcome Anne-Marie as a Partner. We have worked together for more than a decade and are confident that she has all the skills and qualities needed to succeed in this new role.”

The entire team congratulates Anne-Marie on this achievement!
