Lawyer admitted to the Luxembourg Bar since 2022, I have solid expertise in the structuring and corporate life of managers and alternative investment funds ; SIFs, RAIFs, ELTIFs, Part II funds and unregulated structures ; as well as in business litigation. I handle corporate litigation, shareholder disputes, and all litigation matters relating to investment funds, their investment structure, and their management organisation.
