“The strictness of the law, the defense strategy”
This statement sums up my vision of the legal profession: combining rigorous legal standards with a practical and pragmatic approach. I therefore place particular importance on understanding the full scope of an issue, in order to translate legal analysis into a clear and relevant strategy. My approach to the law is based on this balance: mastering the law with rigor, while always aiming for a practical solution.

Selected Experience
As a member of the Litigation team, I mainly deal with civil and commercial litigation, representing both businesses and individuals at every stage of the dispute, from analyzing the case and seeking negotiated solutions to representing clients in court.
My practice focuses in particular on issues related to the execution of contractual obligations, commercial relationships, and disputes between businesses, as well as debt collection and civil liability matters. I also handle inheritance law matters, particularly disputes concerning the settlement and division of estates.
I am also developing a practice in construction law, primarily in disputes concerning the execution of construction projects, the liability of various parties involved, and failure to perform contractual obligations.
In employment law, I assist both employers and employees in managing labor relations as well as in litigation related to the performance or termination of employment contracts.
In every case I handle, I prioritize a rigorous, pragmatic, and personalized approach to fully understand each matter, identify the key issues, and propose a legal strategy tailored to my clients’ interests.
